About
Most diet advice for women is either a supplement ad or a crash-diet influencer. We wanted something in between: the numbers that matter, worked out for you, and meals a real person will actually eat.
Every calculator here uses published, widely accepted methods: the Mifflin-St Jeor equation for calories, protein ranges from meta-analyses of resistance-training studies, and the U.S. Navy circumference method for body fat. Where a formula has limits, we say so.
We keep the tools free. The site is paid for by GirlDiets Coach, our membership, and by affiliate links to a few products we'd recommend anyway, like a kitchen scale. We don't sell your data.
